In most cases, the annual road tax for your vehicle is issued and controlled by your local town hall. The bill will be sent by post to the address you provided when you registered or bought the vehicle. If you have problems receiving your post, you can easily go to your nearest SUMA office or the office that administers public taxes and pay in person. Generally, all you need to take is your I.D. (passport and residency card).
