We began our translation business in 2018 after working over 10 years in the language industry in Valencia.
We very quickly realised that there was a need for clarity and honesty regarding administrative and bureaucratic challenges that face British and Northern European citizens living in Spain. We were constantly told of people being mis-informed, mis-guided and overcharged when it came to sorting out their paperwork. So, we rose to the challenge and set out to make people’s lives easier.
Moving forward to the present, we now collaborate with a large team of proven experts in their fields to solve problems relating to all Spanish governmental departments. We have helped literally hundreds of customers to navigate their problems with the DGT, Social Security, Hacienda and Immigration departments and whilst always putting customer service and communication first.
